Refund Policy: 14 days, no questions

Applies to all ScrapBuilt plan packages, including Furnace V1 Plans PDF and Pro, and Founder orders (code FOUNDER25).

If the plans are not what you wanted, email [email protected] or reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. No questions, no forms, no need to explain.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through our merchant of record (Gumroad); banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
• A refund ends your license to the plans. Please delete the files you downloaded.
• Founder orders (code FOUNDER25) only: if Rev C has not been issued within 12 months of your purchase, you may also ask for a full refund in the 30 days after that 12-month point (see the Terms, §6).
• After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion (errors in the files that we cannot fix will always be refunded).
• We may decline repeat refund requests from the same buyer for the same product.
