• Who we are: ScrapBuilt, Utah, USA. Contact: [email protected].
• What we collect: when you buy or request the free sample, our merchant of record (Gumroad, Inc.) collects your name, email, country/postcode and payment details to process the order, deliver the files and calculate tax. We receive your name, email, country and order details, never your full card number. The website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics unless this policy is updated to say so.
• Why: to deliver what you bought, send receipts, handle refunds and support, issue errata and (for Founder buyers) Rev C, and, if you opt in, send occasional build updates and new-plan announcements.
• Email: every update email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone except the service providers that process it for us (the merchant of record and its email delivery).
• Retention: order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law require; you can ask us to delete your mailing-list data at any time.
• Your rights: ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected]. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, and we will honour them.
• Merchant of record: payment processing is also governed by Gumroad's privacy policy.
